West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Nov. 13.
Smash Park has partnered with local fitness instructors and studios to offer free wellness classes every weekend. Back in September, Smash Park started hosting “Wellness Weekends” in the Yard and will move the classes inside during the winter. The goal of Wellness Weekends is to provide a free option for local residents to get active and stay healthy. Every week offers a different kind of class ranging from yoga and pilates to CrossFit and dance fitness. Partner studios include Lifetime Fitness, Club B-Fit, Krave Gym and Yoga Six with more instructors and studios being added every week.
