Redfield home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Redfield fell by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $51,500 - a 49.3% decrease over the $101,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Redfield in the second half of 2018.
