Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Aug 11.
If you have lost power due to the recent storm, you are invited to power up your devices at Waukee Hy-Vee, Tiger Rock Martial Arts and Marco's Pizza in Waukee while our local service providers work hard to restore electricity in our community.
If you are a business owner with power that would like to provide this opportunity to our community members, please email info@waukeechamber.com and we will add you to the "Power Up" business list.
