City of West Des Moines issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.
If you had storm damage to your property from the derecho that moved through our area on Monday, August 10, please report it to county emergency management officials so that they can continuing assessing the need for local, state and federal disaster assistance programs.
Your contact information that you enter in the damage report will be kept confidential.
