Perry home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Perry rose by $7,200 while total sales decreased by 45%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,500 - a 9.4% increase over the $76,300 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Perry in September 2019.
