Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 14.
Waukee YP is hosting a virtual 5K run, walk or bike for you to complete at your convenience! Complete the 5K any time from October 29th – October 31st. A Waukee course map will be provided, however you may complete the 5K wherever is most convenient for you. Post a photo and tag us when you complete the 5K – costumes are encouraged! Keep an eye out for our Snap Chat filter.
Cost to register is $10 per participant and registration is open to anyone who would like to participate. Please RSVP here.
All proceeds will go to a local organization in support of breast cancer awareness month!
