Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Oct. 22.
The Ambassador Committee strives to promote and support the role of the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce as an outreach representative.
Ambassador Committee members attend, participate, and are visible at Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies and other Chamber and community events. Ambassadors act as a host to our members at Chamber events and make them comfortable and facilitate networking amongst members. Ambassadors work with the membership committee to encourage growth of the Chamber and member participation at Chamber events. Ambassadors also visit new members throughout the year to encourage involvement in Chamber programs and provide business support.
