City of West Des Moines issued the following announcement on Nov. 5.
Due to COVID-19, West Des Moines Water Works Offices are temporarily closed to the public. The offices will reopen on Monday, November 16, 2020. Residents with questions regarding their bill or account may call customer service at (515) 222-3460.
While offices are closed to the public, all other West Des Moines Water Works operations will continue as normal.
Water Works officials said they remain steadfast in their commitment to public health and safety especially during this pandemic.
