CITY OF WAUKEE: Waukee Public Library Now Open with Library Express

City of Waukee issued the following announcement on Nov. 6. 

The Waukee Public Library is now open with Library Express! Limited services are available to visitors Monday-Friday from 2-6 p.m. and Saturday from 10:30 a.m.-2 p.m. The library will be limited to 10 visitors at once with a suggested visit time of 20 minutes or less. Library patrons also have the ability to place items on hold for curbside or in-library pick-up. See the lists below for service availability.

  • No-contact self-checkout
  • Computer use for 3 patrons at a time
  • 10 or fewer patrons in the library at a time
  • Get a library card
  • Curbside Pick-up/Drop-off
  • Meeting rooms

  • Test proctoring
  • Tutoring
  • In-person programs
  • Close contact staff assistance
  • Library seating and tables
  • Children's toys and activity centers
  • Teen area
  • Baby Garden
