Tell us about your business.
Redwood Waukee is located at 835 NE Redwood Blvd in Waukee, Just north of Hy-Vee off Alice Road and Douglas Ave. Redwood offers 2 bedroom, 2 bath with a den and 2 car attached garages that are all single story rental homes in our neighborhood. We have 7 different remarkable floor plans to offer a variety. Redwood offers up to 3 pets (large ones too) with one pet rent per home not per pet! We have a Redwood Guarantee if the resident isn’t fully satisfied in their 1st 30 days they can move without fees. We feel so strongly about our homes and we can offer this. We do all the yard work and snow removal. We are maintenance free. Our Redwood Ambassadors are always ready to help our residents.
What is your background?
I started Property Management in 2006 and have worked my way up and through different property types. I started with Redwood Living this August as the Waukee Neighborhood Manager. It has been a pleasure working back in Waukee and the Residents are so kind here. We have a fulltime Maintenance Technician Robert and Fulltime Leasing Professional Izabelle.
What is the best thing about doing business in Waukee?
Doing business in Waukee is great when people remember you when you are out and about. I have never had a bad experience at any business in Waukee. Everyone is so respectful. Building relationships and culture are so important. Waukee is so exciting on how fast it is growing. New businesses are popping up all the time.
Why are you involved in the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce?
I’m just starting this month with the Waukee Area Chamber of Commerce to build strong relationships within the community. Also, to get the word out what Redwood has to offer and what is to come in the near future in Waukee with Redwood. Current job opportunities are available here.
