The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Johnston rose by $24,000 while total sales decreased by 43.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 8.9% increase over the $271,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Johnston in April 2020.
