What happened to the median home price in Windsor Heights during the second quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Windsor Heights rose by $5,100 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $219,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Windsor Heights in the second quarter of 2020.
