Waukee home prices fell in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Waukee fell by $122,600 while total sales increased by 6850%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 139 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,900 - a 29.7% decrease over the $412,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Waukee in the second quarter of 2020.
