The home at 6178 Aspen Drive, W. Des Moines was sold on July 1 by Barnes Estates LLC for $135,000. The buyer was Krm Development LLC.

So far in July 2021, four properties sold in West Des Moines.

According to the Iowa Secretary of State, there were two registered voters residing at 6178 Aspen Drive, W. Des Moines as of Oct. 10, 2020: Meredith L Niemeyer, 32, and Sean Anton Georgi, 39.
