Sealed proposals for the Valley Junction Business District Snow Removal and Ice Control Services will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, August 25, 2021, in the City Clerk’s Office, West Des Moines City Hall, P.O. Box 65320, 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, Suite 2E, West Des Moines, IA 50265.
