Sealed proposals for the Sidewalk and Crossing Guard Snow Removal and Ice Control Services will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time on Wednesday, September 15, 2021, in the City Clerk’s Office, West Des Moines City Hall, P.O. Box 65320, 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, Suite 2E, West Des Moines, IA 50265.
