City of Windsor Heights issued the following announcement on September 16.
University Avenue from 63rd Street to 69th Street will close Wednesday, September 22nd for pavement patching and joint repair work. This closure will begin at 5 am on Wednesday, September 22nd, and will be closed until 5 am on Thursday, September 23rd.
All side streets on the north and south side of the road will remain open. The intersection of 66th Street and University Avenue will also remain open but there will be no through traffic on University Avenue. Please use the side streets to access businesses and park on the side streets on Wednesday, September 22nd.
