Southwoods Park Singletrack Trail Construction, Phase 1

REQUEST FOR BID
Sealed bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines, Iowa, on or before 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, October 20, 2021 for the following:
SOUTHWOODS PARK SINGLETRACK TRAIL CONSTRUCTION PHASE 1
Generally described as follows: Construction of up to approximately 1.6 miles of new, natural surface singletrack trails at Southwoods Park (350 S. 35th St). All work to include materials, labor and equipment necessary to complete project no later than November 1, 2022
Interested parties shall submit their bids in a sealed envelope, plainly marked “Southwoods Park Singletrack Trail - Phase 1” and delivered to:

City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities and technicalities as determined to be in the best interest of the City.
