Redfield home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Redfield rose by $75,150 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,900 - a 291.8% increase over the $25,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Redfield in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Redfield for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,206, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
