City of Windsor Heights recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Windsor Heights is partnering with the DNR and Keep Windsor Heights Beautiful to provide free trees and shrubs to residents. The giveaway will take place on November 11th and 12th from 4-6 pm in Colby Park (6900 School St). These trees are saplings, which means that they are small and young.
