REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The City of West Des Moines is accepting proposals for Professional Lobbying Services. Electronic proposals must be received by the City no later than 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 3, 2021.
BID ITEM: PROFESSIONAL LOBBYING SERVICES
Proposers shall submit their proposal via email in PDF format using the subject line “Lobbying Services RFP Response” to:

Proposers should submit any questions and requests for additional information via email prior to 5:00 p.m. Monday, October 25, 2021, to:
Ms. Jamie Letzring, Deputy City Manager
jamie.letzring@wdm.iowa.gov
Responses to all questions will be made available in the form of an addendum to the RFP which will be posted and distributed to all interested parties. The City reserves the right to waive any informality or irregularity in any proposal received and to reject any submittal that does not comply with all the submittal requirements.
