City of West Des Moines issued the following announcement on November 4.
If you signed up to receive text messages when the City of West Des Moines issues an emergency snow parking ban, you need to sign up again with our new service provider, Twilio!
Simply visit https://verified-broadcast-3453-0cdpmp.twil.io/subscribe.html and re-enter your cell phone number. You will receive a code to enter to confirm your request once you type in your phone number, check the Snow Emergency Parking Ban box, and click Subscribe.
