CUSTODIAL SERVICES FOR THE MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY RECPLEX
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of West Des Moines, Iowa on or before 2:00 p.m., local time, on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, for the following:
Proposal Item: Custodial Services for the MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex
Bidders shall submit their proposals in a sealed envelope, plainly marked "Proposal for Custodial Services for the MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex.”

Specifications may be secured at City Hall, 4200 Mills Civic Pkwy, West Des Moines, Iowa, by contacting Matt Nelson, Operations Coordinator, at 515-440-4810.
Unit price shall be final, and the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals on a per unit basis and waive irregularities and technicalities as determined to be in the best interest of said City.
A pre-proposal inspection of the building will be held on November 29, 2021, promptly at 1:00 PM at 6500 Grand Ave, the MidAmerican Energy Company RecPlex. All interested bidders are encouraged to attend for questions and answers about the facility. Inspection and tour of the facility is not mandatory. This will be the only proposal inspection for this facility. The wearing of face coverings is highly encouraged.
