City of Waukee recently issued the following announcement on November 11.
Originally known as “Armistice Day”, Veterans Day is now celebrated annually in the U.S. on Nov. 11 to pay tribute to all American veterans, living or not. More than a dozen City of Waukee employees served in the U.S. Military. The City thanks them all for their service:
