City of Clive recently issued the following announcement.
Date: December 5, 2021
Mayors Tree Lighting will be held Sunday, December 5, at Clive City Hall from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Come out and enjoy the evening with carolers, treats, bell choir, activities, a visitor from the North Pole, and watch the tree at City Hall light up the sky. Special thanks to all local businesses, the Clive Chamber of Commerce, and Clive Leisure Services for providing all the activities.
5:15 p.m. – Carolers from the Waukee High School chorus group
5:30-5:40 p.m. – Mayor and Chamber President Remarks
5:40 p.m. – Lighting of Tree
5:45 p.m. – Santa on the Firetruck
5:30-6:30 p.m. – Snacks, Hot Chocolate, and Coffee
5:45-6:30 p.m. – Community Room – decorating cookies and arts/crafts
6:00-6:30 p.m. – Council Chambers – Bell Choir
