CROPLAND LEASE
CITY OF WEST DES MOINES
Sealed bids will be received by the City of West Des Moines, Iowa, on or before 2:00 p.m., Central Time, Wednesday, January 12, 2022 for the following:
Bid Item: Cropland Lease
Bidders shall submit their bids in a sealed envelope, plainly marked “Cropland Lease”. Bids shall be submitted to:

Bid forms may be secured at the Parks and Recreation Department, 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa or by contacting David Sadler, Superintendent of Parks, at 515-222-3456.
Cash rent rate per acre shall be final and the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities and technicalities as determined to be in the best interest of said City.
