City of Windsor Heights recently issued the following announcement.
There will be a Board of Adjustment meeting on Wednesday, January 12th at 5:30 pm via Zoom. During the meeting, there will be two public hearings. One will be on the
conditional use permit request by Colby Interests and Aldi to allow for the construction of a grocery store. The second public hearing will discuss a variance request for 7107
Garrison Rd. The Zoom information for the meeting is listed below. The third public hearing is on a variance request from Windsor Park Townhome Association to allow for the re-
construction of townhomes destroyed by a fire.

The City of Windsor Heights Board of Adjustment will meet Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 5:30 PM via Zoom to hold a public hearing and consider a conditional use permit.
Colby Interests and Aldi are requesting a conditional use permit to allow for the construction of a grocery store. All interested parties will be given an opportunity to be heard.
