Johnston home prices rose in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Johnston rose by $50,000 while total sales decreased by 42.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $365,000 - a 15.9% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 47 homes sold in Johnston in December 2020.
