City of Windsor Heights recently issued the following announcement.
The City of Windsor Heights is seeking a volunteer to serve on the Board of Adjustment. The major responsibilities of this board include hearing and deciding:
- Appeals in the enforcement of the zoning ordinance
- Requests for variances from the terms of the zoning ordinance
- Cases involving the reconstruction, extension, or enlargement of nonconforming uses and structures
- Conditional Use Permits
