City of Windsor Heights recently issued the following announcement.
Remember to license your pet for 2022 online or by mail. All dogs and cats are required to be licensed in the City of Windsor Heights on an annual basis from the first day of January each year. Applications made on or after April 1 are delinquent and the license fee is doubled. All pets must have a current rabies vaccination.
Fees
- Pet License - spayed/neutered animal: $20 per calendar year
- Pet License – not spayed/neutered: $30 per calendar year
- Pet Unlicensed Delinquency Fee - Double original license fee (after April 1)
To register your pet online and pay with a credit card, please complete this form. All electronic payments have a $2.50 transaction fee.
Register In-Person
To register your pet and pay by check, print this form and drop it off with your payment during normal business hours (M-F 8 am - 4:30 pm) at the Windsor Heights Public Safety Building located at 1133 66th Street, Windsor Heights, IA 50324.
