Woodward home prices rose in the first quarter of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Woodward rose by $51,700 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $198,500 - a 35.2% increase over the $146,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Woodward in the first quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Woodward for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,155, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2022.
