CITY OF WEST DES MOINES
The City of West Des Moines, Iowa is soliciting proposals to identify and select a qualified vendor for multi-function copiers and related maintenance and support services. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of West Des Moines on or before 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2022.
BID ITEM: Vendor for Multi-Function Copiers and Related Services
Proposers shall submit one original and three (3) hard copies of their proposal in a sealed envelope, plainly marked "RFP for Multi-Function Copiers” and be delivered to:

Written requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be made to
Specialist Business Systems Consultant - Enterprise Application, Daniel Peters at daniel.peters@wdm.iowa.gov no later than 5:00 p.m. on May 13, 2022. Written responses to requests for clarification will be provided to potential/known vendors no later than 5:00 p.m., June 3, 2022.
The City reserves the right to reject any submittal that does not comply with all the submittal requirements.
