Pricing for the median home in Dallas Center decreased during April

The median sale price of a home sold in April in Dallas Center fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 7.9 percent decrease from the $190,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Dallas Center in April 2021.

The median sales tax in Dallas Center for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,653, approximately 1.5 percent of the median home sale price for April.
