Home prices increased in Windsor Heights during Q2

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Windsor Heights rose by $27,500 while total sales increased by 7.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $252,500 - a 12.2 percent increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Windsor Heights in the second quarter of 2021.

The median sales tax in Windsor Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,644, approximately 1.4 percent of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2022.
