City officials seek feedback through citizen survey
The City of West Des Moines is conducting a citizen survey as part of the City’s ongoing effort to improve the quality of City services.
Representatives from ETC Institute in Olathe, Kansas will soon mail surveys and a link to the online survey to individuals who have been selected at random. Residents will be asked to answer questions about how satisfied they are with City services, such as fire and police protection, public services (formerly known as public works), the public library, water works, parks and recreation and human services. All responses to the survey are confidential.
The City of West Des Moines has conducted this survey approximately every two years. ETC Institute specializes in the design and administration of market research for governmental organizations. Final results will be presented to the City Council and posted on the City’s website.
Residents with questions about the survey may contact the City Manager’s Office at 515-222-3610.
