City Hall Closed for Remodel Jan.-Mar.

Beginning January 5, City Hall will be closed to walk-ins during construction, including the Utility Billing department. City Hall will reopen in March after the remodel is complete.

Utility Payments

During this temporary closure, customers can make payments online or by drop box.

  • Drop box within the entryway of City Hall 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Drive-up drop box in the parking lot in front of City Hall at any time
  • Mail to Waukee City Hall, 230 W. Hickman Road, Waukee, IA 50263
  • Online in the payment portal
If you need help or a receipt, call 515-978-5502. Automatic payments can be a convenient way to pay your utility bill. Download and print the application here or request one by emailing WaukeeUtilities@Waukee.org.

Notary Services

Call the City Clerk at 515-978-7904 to schedule an appointment.

City Council, Board & Commission Meetings

For after-hours meetings, such as City Council, Park Board and Planning & Zoning Commission, the front door will be unlocked for attendees to access Council Chambers.
