The West Des Moines Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenager Dominic Robert Smith, 15, who was last seen in West Des Moines in the Valley Junction area on Tuesday, May 23rd. At this time, there is no indication that Smith being missing is connected to any type of criminal activity.
