On Saturday, March 1, former Waukee High School standout Heidi Wheeler’s current college team, the Drake Bulldogs, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Tulsa Golden Hurricane.

The game took place at Collins Family Softball Complex. This was their third matchup against the Golden Hurricane this season.

The Bulldogs’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 12 p.m. at Cowgirl Stadium against Oklahoma State Cowgirls.
