Waukee High School standout Ella McGee’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, Feb. 28

On Friday, Feb. 28, former Waukee High School standout Ella McGee’s current college team, the South Dakota Coyotes, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Hampton Lady Pirates.

The game took place at Lady Pirates Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lady Pirates this season.

The Coyotes’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 1 p.m. at Lady Pirates Softball Stadium against Hampton Lady Pirates.
