On Saturday, April 5, former Northwest High School standout Maddie Oetzmann’s current college team, the Minnesota State Mavericks, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Minnesota Crookston Golden Eagles.

The game took place at Minnesota Crookston Softball Field. This was their second matchup against the Golden Eagles this season.

The Mavericks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, April 6 at 12 p.m. at BSU Softball Field against Bemidji State Beavers.
