There were no new teachers in West Des Moines who signed the pledge in week ending Sep. 18, according to an online pledge from the Zinn Education Project.
The two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home at 2409 McKinley St., Perry was sold on Sept. 24 by Coltan and Heather Ketelsen for $158,500. The buyer was Bradley Thomas Homolka.
The home at 1617 Hackenberry Place, Granger was sold on Sept. 24 by Covenant Construction Services LLC for $402,070. The buyers were Michelle M. and Michael S. Kelley.
